How do I pay for my order?

Simply select the items you wish to buy and click on the "Add to basket" button ensuring you have selected the required quantity.

You can check the contents of your shopping basket at any time during you visit by clicking on the "Your basket" button at the top of each page. You can add to your basket at any time.

Once you are ready to pay for your order click on the Checkout button and follow the simple checkout steps. Your order will then be acknowledged by email.

We accept the following methods of payment

  • Visa Electron
  • Maestro
  • Solo
  • Mastercard

For total security payment card details are automatically encrypted. Details are then verified with the bank. Payment for the products will be taken at this point.

What should I do if my credit/debit card is refused?

Please check all details have been entered correctly. Alternatively, please place your order again using another card. If the problem persists, please contact your card issuer.

What are the delivery charges and delivery times

We aim to delivery to mainland UK addresses within 5-7 days.

Delivery on orders of £50 or more is free. (Applies to mainland UK only)

Do you deliver to an alternative address?

We can deliver to an alternative address. Please ensure your preferred address is entered in the delivery address details in the check out.

What happens if I'm not in?

Our courier will attempt to deliver to your address and a card will be left if you are not in. Please call the number on the card to make alternative delivery arrangements

What happens if I change my mind and wish to cancel my order?

You may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. To cancel you must email us within 7 working days of receipt of your items, quoting your order number. You must return the products to us and at your expense. On receipt of the products returned in saleable condition, a refund will be made. Refunds will be credited to the credit/debit card used to place your order.

What happens I do not like the products I have ordered?

We regret that, for reasons of hygiene, all bedding products cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened or removed unless the goods are either faulty or different from those ordered. This does not affect your statutory rights.

What happens if my order is damaged or faulty?

If on the rare occasion your product may be damaged, faulty or different from that ordered, please pack the items back in the original packaging together with the returns form and return to us.

You must give us written notice by post or email at the postal address or email address below, giving details of the goods ordered and their delivery within 7 days of receipt.

Once we are in receipt of the returned goods, we will refund or recredit you the sum that has been paid by you and debited from your credit or debit card for the goods.

Only products deemed faulty by Puraspace will be free of delivery charges.

Refunds will be made to the original credit/debit card used for the purchase.
