Delivery is free on orders over £60 (applies to mainland UK only).
Returns
In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged products, please notify us in writing or by email within 7 days of receipt of your goods at enquiries@puraspace.com. When returning items we advise that proof of delivery is obtained. We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

If we are in a position to do so, we shall replace faulty or damaged products. The replacement goods shall be redelivered at our cost. In the event we are unable to replace the products, our total liability shall be limited to refunding you in full for the cost of the products (plus delivery).
