Our terms and conditions apply to all transactions throughout our website and are set out below. Please read through these carefully before placing your order and print a copy for future reference. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.

If you have supplied us with an email address we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place when you place your order with us.

If we are unable to provide you with the products ordered we shall offer you a suitable replacement. If you do not wish to accept the replacement product your order will be cancelled.

We try to ensure that the prices quoted are correct and that all products are accurately described on this website. If we discover an error in the price or description of goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order based on the correct price or description, or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled. We reserve the right to amend our prices without notice. All reductions in price are reductions against our current price list unless otherwise indicated.

All offers and items are subject to availability.

We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you. Payment will be taken from you for the products at the time in which you place your order with us.

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales. We cannot accept any liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries. In requesting delivery of a product, you will be agreeing that our designated delivery company has the right to go onto the property and, if no one is available to receive delivery, to leave the goods in any unlocked location at the delivery address.

Please allow 5-7 working days for standard UK mainland delivery.

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged products, please notify us in writing or by email within 7 days of receipt of your goods at enquiries@puraspace.com. When returning items we advise that proof of delivery is obtained. We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit. Please return the goods to us at

If we are in a position to do so, we shall replace faulty or damaged products. The replacement goods shall be redelivered at our cost. In the event we are unable to replace the products, our total liability shall be limited to refunding you in full for the cost of the products (plus delivery).

You may only cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. To cancel you must email us within 7 working days of receipt of your items, quoting your order number. You must return the products to us and at your expense. On receipt of the products returned in saleable condition, a refund will be made. Refunds will be credited to the credit/debit card used to place your order.

Our liability for faulty or damaged products is set out above. Further, we accept no responsibility for any consequential, indirect or economic losses arising out of the purchase of the products. In particular, whilst the goods are marketed as allergy friendly, we give no guarantee or assurance as to the suitability or otherwise of the goods for any person with any allergy or medical condition and to the fullest extent permitted by law exclude any liability for any claim arising out of any reaction or illness as a result of the use of the products, save for any liability for personal injury or death which is unlimited.

All products have been selected for domestic use only and we will not be liable for any loss resulting from the commercial use of our products.

No permission is given by us or our affiliates for the use of any brand names, products or service names found on this site which are the property of the VSS Group.

All designs, text and graphics on this website are copyrighted by the VSS Group. By using this site you agree not to alter or adapt, or to create any derivative work from, any content on this site.

No purchase necessary. If you are successful you will be awarded the relevant prize (where more than one prize is offered - the prizes will be awarded as 1st / 2nd / 3rd etc., in the order the winners are drawn out). Unless otherwise stated, the prize will be awarded irrespective of whether or not you place an order. Entries failing to comply with the terms of the promotion or entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post will not be accepted. By participating in the prize draw/competition, you will be agreeing that we may, if you are a prize winner, publish your name, home town, photograph and testimonial in future marketing activity and also disclose your details if someone requests a list of prize winners. The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England (UK) and any dispute between us will fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.
